This 10-story apartment building in Seattle focused on the interior design of the property’s shared amenity and public spaces, creating a cohesive, modern experience throughout the building. The scope included the lobby, offices, game room, public kitchen, gym, and leasing offices, with an emphasis on clean detailing, durable finishes, and welcoming contemporary interiors. Developed in collaboration with APT Design, the project was designed to elevate everyday resident life through functional, polished, and high-impact common areas.
